Getting Started
We guide you along the entire journey, with access to a clinical supervisor 7 days/week, weekdays and weekends, during and outside of business hours.
We work around you!
Benefits Check
If insurance coverage is an option, we check your insurance benefits for you. We begin the process with you by phone whereby we go over your specific needs and collect your insurance information. Within 24 hours, we then check the status of your insurance coverage, and if there are any additional costs involved.
Application
After we have relayed your ABA benefits to you, the next step is to submit an application for services.
Assessments
Upon receipt of your application, if insurance based, we request an approval for an initial assessment from your insurance. Once this is approved, a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) will come to you to learn your child's strengths as well as your concerns. Based on this information, the BCBA will create an individualized treatment plan with goals and behavior plans. This is then submitted to your insurance for an approval for direct therapy hours. The turnaround time for a response can vary but is typically around 14 business days. Then, we start as soon as a schedule for services is in place.
Private pay hours follow a similar procedure with an assessment being the first clinical step.
During the course of services, ongoing assessments are administered to track your child's progress over time and to maximize success.
We provide the following services:
School Based Services
We provide various school based services, including shadows/facilitators for any student need, teaching training and school district contracts.
Behavior Modification

We offer behavior modification support from infancy to adulthood. We help with developmental milestones, toileting training, flexibility with routines, social skills, job training - and more - with an organized plan that is monitored for progress. We work on empowering every individual to become as independent and successful as possible,
PARENT/CAREGIVER TRAINING plays a critical role in every child’s success. We place emphasis on regular family/caregiver training and feedback so carryover can be effectively implemented. Your insurance and private pay options include separate hours for this which equips us with dedicated time to guide you to be able to work with your child outside of sessions.

ABA is the scaffolding of successive steps to reach a larger goal based on systems of reinforcement. We offer ABA across varied environments to capitalize on all learning opportunities. Your ABA team will consist of a BCBA and ABA therapist(s). Your BCBA will oversee all details of your case and evaluate your child's plan regularly to ensure mastery is being met. Your ABA therapist will work with your child on skill acquisition and behavior reduction to set your child up for success that will last a lifetime.
ABA Therapy
COORDINATION OF CARE is prioritized via collaboration with school teams, support staff and any other providers to ensure we are complementing one another in your child's best interests. This includes, but is not limited to, school visits and participation in team meetings as well as any other direct or indirect communication with your child's medical professionals and therapists.
